By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using LiveBazaar in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Customer" means a User who purchases products or services.
• "Seller / Service Provider" means a business or individual offering products or services on the Platform.
• "Rider" means a delivery personnel engaged by the Company.
• "Content" includes text, images, videos, listings, reviews, and other material displayed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age, and
• Capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law

By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Nature of the Platform

LiveBazaar is a digital marketplace and discovery platform that enables:

• Listing and sale of products
• Booking and provision of services
• Discovery of nearby businesses and service providers
• Fulfilment of orders via Company-managed riders

The Company does not manufacture products or directly provide third-party services, unless expressly stated.

4. User Account

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload false, misleading, abusive, or infringing content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with Platform security or operations
• Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

6. Listings, Orders & Transactions

• Product and service listings are created by Sellers / Service Providers.
• Prices, availability, descriptions, and offers are determined by them.
• Orders placed through the Platform constitute an offer to purchase.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Cancel or refuse orders due to unavailability, errors, or suspected fraud
• Verify transactions for safety and compliance

7. Payments

Payments made on the Platform are processed through third-party payment gateways.

The Company does not store sensitive payment information.

By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the respective payment provider.

8. Delivery & Fulfilment

• Deliveries are facilitated through Company-managed riders.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to operational factors.
• Risk of loss transfers upon successful delivery to the Customer.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Users are encouraged to review the policy before placing orders.

10. Content & Intellectual Property

All Platform-related intellectual property, including logos, design, software, and trademarks, belong to the Company or its licensors.

Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use content uploaded for Platform operations, promotion, and improvement.

You must not copy, reproduce, or misuse Platform content without permission.

11. Reviews & Feedback

Users may post reviews and ratings, provided they are:

• Honest
• Non-defamatory
• Relevant

The Company reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
